Freight Transportation stakeholders:

The Transportation Research Board will hold a workshop on the future of the Commodity Flow Survey and related national freight data programs on April 2-3, 2020 in Washington, DC. This forum provides an opportunity for the freight community to discuss how changes in transportation supply and demand, information technology, and public policy affect needs for data to support decisions, and to discuss strategies for meeting those data needs.

The workshop is sponsored by the Bureau of Transportation Statistics, and features participants from partner agencies such as the Census Bureau and the Federal Highway Administration.
