Good morning, Last fall, we implemented some new security protocols for email sent from third-party email tools, such as Emma, Constant Contact, and MailChimp, as utk.edu email addresses. After several months of monitoring @tennessee.edu and @vols.utk.edu, we will be implementing the same requirements for these domains on January 29, 2020. To date, all third-party emails are passing to the intended recipients; however, if you set up a new third-party service that will be sending emails on your behalf, please contact the OIT HelpDesk before you start sending emails to ensure your messages won't be marked as spam. If you are using these tools to send email from tennessee.edu or vols.utk.edu email addresses, contact us now to have your account set up with these new security measures before they are required later this year.
