Rosa is an assistant professor and extension specialist at the University of Connecticut. Rosa has a Ph.D. in Horticulture, an M.Sc. in Plant Pathology, and a B.Sc. in Agricultural Science and Production Systems. The Raudales research and outreach program focuses on root-zone management in soilless systems, safe and efficient use of low-quality water, development of nutrient programs to match water quality and crop needs, preventing waterborne diseases, and preventing clogging of irrigation systems.
