If you are a current student, you are eligible to apply for a pathways position. This is what was once the co-op student program. You must be currently enrolled as a student. Once you complete the Pathways program, and graduate, you can be hired directly into a permanent position either by the agency that sponsor you, or any other federal agency, often times without having to go thru the application process.
