It has come to the attention of the Assessment Steering Committee that there are currently many incomplete 2018-2019 assessment reports within the Planning Module.

 

The reports usually have outcomes and methods, but no results, actions taken, or note of extended cycle (if applicable) for any of the outcomes. The deadline for reports to be in the Planning module was September 15^th. If your program assessment has not been entered, please do so immediately. 

 

Thursday, September 26, we will enlist the help of department heads to follow up on any missing 2018-2019 assessment reports.
