This two-hour class will explore the connection between the theory and the best practice of strategic financial resource management. Topics include revenue models, types of budgets,
internal controls, resource allocation, financial planning, and acquiring outside resources. Elements of leadership and strategic planning will be explored. New and seasoned librarians, as well as new managers, will gain a deeper understanding of the budgeting
process.
