Evening and Weekend Supervisor for Access Services

Belmont University

Lila D. Bunch Library at Belmont University is seeking applications for a qualified Evening and Weekend Supervisor for Access Services.

Job responsibilities include: Supervise Access Services Unit during weekday evenings and Sundays; train student assistants and oversee workflow and provide direction to overnight study student assistants; process interlibrary loan and document delivery requests; coordinate shelf-reading and stack maintenance with Access Services Manager; assist students with check out and returns of library materials and group study room reservations; and responsible for security protocols and closing procedures for the building; participate in training staff in policies, procedures, and technology; contribute to the development of documentation and training materials related to processes and work-flows and identify opportunities for service improvements.
