Good afternoon! The Assessment Steering Committee met over the summer and evaluated the meta-assessment rubric used to evaluate assessment reports at the institutional level. We have made improvement in a few areas. Please find attached the revised meta-assessment rubric that will be used to score assessment reports beginning 2018-2019. Note these changes in the rubric this year: * Overall points assigned for an “Advanced” rating have been updated to 19-20 from 18-20, * Criteria changes in each category reflect well-defined expectations of report writing, * The “Beginning” (yellow) rating has been renamed “Unsatisfactory,” * Explicit guidelines for the reporting of outcomes on extended cycle has been added, and * Uniform language now reflects that of existing templates in the Planning module.
