For those of you outside of Knox and surrounding counties, I am offering BoB 2019 in connection with CCYAL, at the Obion River Regional Library System in Martin on August 1^st; at the Buffalo River Regional Library System in Columbia on August 7^th; and at the Holston River Regional Library System in Johnson City on August 9^th.
