This is a key position that provides technical and analytical support for the implementation of The Migratory Bird Treaty Act, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, National Environmental Policy Act and other federal laws in support of migratory bird conservation. As a population ecologist you will contribute to the development and implementation of long-term monitoring programs, analyze data, develop population models, and assist with management plans, while providing decision analysis support for a variety of regulatory decisions.
