Let me slightly tweak the times in the email Dr. Li just circulated. I apologize for any confusion.

The Department Award ceremony on April 25 will begin with a reception that will start at 3 pm or shortly thereafter in the Galleria of the Hodges Library. The Galleria is the space in front of the Auditorium on the 1st floor. The actual ceremony will begin at 3:35 or 3:40, and will conclude by 5:00 pm.

Dear All,

I would like to invite you to attend the Department Award Ceremony on April 25, 2019 (Thursday) at the Hodge Library Auditorium and the Galleria from 2:30 pm to 5:15 pm. There will be a reception before the award ceremony beginning around 3 pm. This award ceremony is a special event of the department to recognize all undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty who shine our Department during AY 2018-9. The department will also honor the undergraduate seniors who will graduate this spring and summer.
