The summer internship (1599 series) vacancies were posted this morning. Please share the information below to any university/college contacts or students that may be interested. The announcements were posted later than normal, so we will have an aggressive hiring schedule in order to meet the deadlines for onboarding interns. Recruiting is at the bachelor's degree obtained level and higher.

The Demographic Directorate is recruiting for summer interns through the following two announcements
We are recruiting at the GS-1599, Grade, 7, 9, and 11 levels (bachelor's degree obtained and higher). The announcements opened on Monday March 4, 2019 and will close at 11:59 pm ET on Monday March 11, 2019 or when the application limit is received, whichever come firsts.
We seek students with training in sociology, economics, survey design or data collection, demographic analysis, data science, project and schedule management, and/or quantitative analysis of large datasets.
