At Oklahoma State University, our Extension Agents (we call them County Extension Educators) across the state are staff positions. Outside of the CED's, our District Directors, program leaders and all of the administrative support are also classified as staff. On campus, we have a hand full of Assistant Extension Specialist, who are non-tenure track faculty. At your state, do you have a separate job family for your Extension positions? If you do not, please send me which job family your positions fall under. FYI: Our compensation team is suggesting we fall under the Teaching and Learning job family. Thanks in advance for your input.
