In Alabama, our Auburn affiliated Regional Extension Agents I, II, III are classified as non-tenure track faculty.
Our Specialists (I, II, III) may be non-tenure or tenure track depending on their assignment.
Support staff (HR, IT, business office, communications & marketing) are in the Administrative Professional job family.
Administrative Support Associates and Agent Assistants fall under University Staff.

I wanted to reach out and get some information about your titles for Extension positions. At your state, do you have a separate job family for your Extension positions? If you do not, please send me which job family your positions fall
under.
FYI: Our compensation team is suggesting we fall under the Teaching and Learning job family.
