Subject: Graduate Student Senate (GSS) Travel Fund Deadline for Summer Travel
The Graduate Student Senate (GSS) Travel Fund applications for travel May 1, 2019 through August 31, 2019 are due in Dr. Cihak’s office, 337 Claxton Complex by
Wednesday, March 27, 2019. This is to allow Dr. Cihak time to review the travel before submitting to the Graduate School. Please make sure students obtain
both the department head signature and the advisor signature before sending to Dr. Cihak.
Signature pages must be original. The entire GSS application must be turned in to Dr. Cihak along with the College travel funding request form (https://cehhs.utk.edu/for-staff/).
*Applications turned after the deadline will not be considered.*

Please note, students cannot begin the online application process at GSS until March 8.
