This is to allow Dr. Cihak time to review the travel before submitting to the Graduate School. Please make sure students obtain both the department head signature and the advisor signature before sending to Dr. Cihak. Signature pages must be original. The entire GSS application must be turned in to Dr. Cihak along with the College travel funding request form (https://cehhs.utk.edu/for-staff/). *Applications turned after the deadline will not be considered.* Application and information can be found at https://gss.utk.edu/travel-awards/information/.
