Good Afternoon All,

We are excited to present the "Valentine Social Gathering" Agenda. The February chapter meeting will be "Valentine Social Gathering" on Friday, February 15 at 5:30 p.m., in HSS 207. At this meeting we will cover:

3:00 pm – Service Project with Projects Committee - Meet inside Student Union lobby by the Fire glass sculpture. Chair: KC Mote; Liaison: Karsten Parker

5:15-5:30 – Sign-ins, attendance, Facebook live, and Food

5:30-5:45 – Ana’s welcome and brief overview of point system

Mandatory: 2 general meetings
Each GBP member will earn a minimum total of 9 service hours.
It is required that 2 of the 9 hours must be earned by attending general membership meetings either in person or via Facebook Live.
Joining a committee earns 1 point. Serving as the Committee Chair and Co-Chair earns 1 point. Attending committee member meetings does not earn points; however, attending a committee sponsored event earns the GBP member 1 point per hour.
Participation by a GBP member in any GBP sponsored event as a volunteer will earn the member 1 point per hour.
Participation by a GBP member to earn extra service hours through a non-sponsored GBP entity or organization will earn the member ½ point per hour

5:45-6:15 – Robert Walker from the PDC will present the first PDC event of the semester

6:15-6:20 – Q&A for PDC

6:20-6:25 – Fundraising Committees time to present upcoming events

6:25-6:30 – VOLink Review & Accepting membership through VOLink - Rita

Rita to help members accept their membership

6:30 pm – Meeting adjourn- Next meeting March 15^th HSS 207 at 5:30 p.m.

6:30-9:00 – Social
