Message: The following announcement is for Zoom desktop client users on Macs.
 
Zoom recently announced a vulnerability related to the desktop client for Macs.  Zoom released a patch on July 9, 2019, which addresses this concern.  If you are running the Zoom desktop client on your Mac, you must install the latest update. If you are not prompted to install the latest update when you log in to the Zoom desktop client on your Mac, please follow the steps below to check for an update.

1. Log in to the Zoom desktop client.
2. Select the profile icon at the top-right of the application window (this could be your initials or a profile image that you have uploaded).
3. Choose the option to Check for Updates and follow the prompts on the screen.
