Though Form 471 isn’t available yet, there is some new training available from USAC.  From the last newsletter:

E-rate Program Applicant Training Now Posted Online

USAC has developed a new, modernized suite of 14 applicant training courses which are designed to mirror the content delivered in the 2018 fall applicant training series. Applicants who were not able to attend the half-day beginner and full-day training sessions in Washington DC, Palatine IL, Sacramento CA, Omaha NE, and Atlanta GA can now access these sessions online.

To access this self-paced, modular training, go to the E-rate Program Training section of the Online Learning Library on USAC's website. Click the 2018 Applicant Training Series link to view the full series. Each training course is posted with a description of the training content, length of training module and the recommended E-rate participant experience level.
