Thanks to everyone who helped make GIS Day a success yesterday. Many of you helped move equipment, set up the space, and other tasks to make the event go smoothly. More importantly, many of you spent time visiting with the exhibitors from both on campus and off. All of the exhibitors mentioned how engaged they were with students throughout the day, and several were so impressed with you that they asked me for your names to look into internship opportunities. Thank you for making the exhibitors feel that their time with us was well spent.
