Hello, campus communicators, and thank you for all you have done to help roll out the LiveSafe app on campus.
We would love your help as we continue to spread the word.
With the end of the fall semester and finals fast approaching, you will likely see an increase in the number of students and staff in your buildings at all hours of the day and
night. LiveSafe can be a practical resource—whether it’s using the SafeWalk feature as they go to and from study sessions, reaching out to the Student Counseling Center for assistance, or reporting a lab incident.
In your end-of-semester communication with students, faculty, and staff, please encourage them to download and use the LiveSafe app.
As you coordinate final fall events, we at UT Public Safety and the UT Police Department would like to partner with you. We have printed LiveSafe cards and would like to share
them with you so you can distribute them at your events. Please let me know if you would like some and I can send them to you via campus mail.
Finally, I have attached a LiveSafe graphic you can use in your newsletters and on social media.

Thank you for your help. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Lola
