The position is a unique opportunity to use skills gained in your undergraduate education while simultaneously gaining a deeper appreciation and acumen for business insight. The rotational program is intimately tied with many of the departments under EO&S, featuring teams in Procurement,  Center Strategy & Workflow, Q2C (Quote 2 Cash) Transformation, Analytics, Data Science, and more. The applicant is paired with a rotation matching their educational background and technical skills and remains with their team for one full calendar year. At the end of the year, the applicant will either elect to remain with the team or move to another rotation to develop a wider breadth of skills.

Outside of the technical rotations, there is outstanding networking and mentor-ship opportunities. The program hosts monthly roundtables with executives from various organizations within IBM and facilitates immediate relationships with many members of IBM's senior leadership team.
