Assistant Professor, Digital Access and Metadata Librarian

Job responsibilities include creating original metadata and complex metadata revision for the library's digital collections; performing original and complex copy cataloging of print and non-print materials; providing leadership for the Belmont Digital Repository, serving as chair of the digital projects team; serving as liaison to Honors and the College of Theology and Christian Ministry, providing integrated instruction and collection development; teaching some general education library instruction classes; participating in academic advising for undeclared students; and performing other duties as assigned.

ALA-accredited Master's Degree in Library or Information Science is required; a second advanced degree in relevant area is preferred.
