Hey Jill,
Our starting salary is $40,000 for Agents with a bachelor’s degree and no experience. If they have a master’s degree and no experience the starting salary is $42,000. For each year of relevant work experience,
two percent is added. I’ve attached the worksheet that we use when determining experience.
