Geographers (Especially Peyton),
FIFA has a research grant to study law, economics, sociology, ethics, geography, and history of football with a deadline for September 1, 2018. Decisions are announced on January 15 and research is expected to be completed in 12 months.
The grants max out at $30,000. The PI on the application must already have a bachelor’s degree or higher and must take place in an academic environment.
