Hi, all,
Apologies if you’ve already seen this, but Purdue University Libraries currently has four faculty openings right now:
a librarian with data science specialization,
a plant sciences information specialist,
a business information specialist, and
an engineering information specialist.
If you don’t see anything that interests you, please forward this email to somebody you think might be interested, or even share on other listservs*. Please and thank you!
Purdue Libraries is a great place to work. We are tenure-track faculty, and the Libraries has developed a very good support system, especially for pre-tenured folks. We generally have a great deal of autonomy and for the past several years we’ve had a ton of support for attending conferences (a decent annual professional development allotment, with supplements available, especially if we are presenting). And as a faculty we are a very collegial group & work well together (even having fun while doing so). I could go on….if you’d like to hear more, feel free to contact me.
Thanks,
Jane
