Greetings Colleagues,

As the academic year concludes, the Assessment Steering Committee is seeking your input regarding the annual assessment process. There are two main goals: 1) to collect information on your experiences thus far with programmatic assessment and 2) offer you the opportunity to provide feedback on what support is still needed and/or how existing support can be modified. Your input can be about any step of the process (e.g. writing outcomes, gathering data, entering reports into the Planning Module, etc.).

We ask that you please complete the survey below by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16th.
