The East Tennessee Society of Professional Journalists will host a FREE SPJ training in association with Google News Initiative Saturday, June 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Scripps Lab
of the College of Communication and Information Sciences. Lunch will be provided.
Join us to learn the best way to use Google tools for reporting and storytelling. This course is designed to help you take advantage of Internet sources, such as public data and news archives,
and improve the efficiency and efficacy of your in-depth research.
The training is free, but
registration is required.
