The second webcast of a four-part series on leadership positions in the library and information science field is scheduled for tomorrow, April 6, 2018, at 10 a.m. Pacific Time.

Organized by the San Jose State University School of Information, the webcast will feature guest speaker Dr. Tracy Elliott, dean of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Library at San Jose State University. Dr. Elliott will share her leadership experience from working in higher education library services for more than 20 years.

If you’re considering a career in leadership as an information professional, you’ll want to hear her perspective on the most important responsibilities and attitudes for leaders, as well as ways you can practice leadership skills throughout your career.
