The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) is accepting applications for a Program Analyst with expertise in Intermodal Transportation. Local participation is provided through multi-county local development districts<https://www.arc.gov/about/LocalDevelopmentDistricts.asp>. ARC's mission is to innovate, partner, and invest to build community capacity and strengthen economic growth in Appalachia.  Part of this mission includes enhanced market access for businesses in the Region through improved intermodal systems.
