Hello everyone, Dr. Suzy Prentiss along with her Peer Consultant Team will be conducting communication workshops in the Veterans Resource Center throughout the last week in March and the month of April.

The workshops will have various topics consisting of dealing with speech anxiety, how to manage group projects in the classroom, tips and tricks on class presentations, and preparation for public speaking classes 210 and 240.

The workshops will last approximately 1 hour and will be hosted twice a week. Times will vary. There is no need to sign up, simply show up at the VRC at one of the designated times. There will be handouts available from each session, so if you are not able to make a session, stop by VRC anytime after the workshop to receive a handout.

These look to be a great addition to the current and future semesters, so please come out and take advantage if you can. Please bring any questions or concerns about communication to the workshops to help facilitate the conversation to your needs.
