  We need a good Computer Lab Tech (Support Staff position) to join our team! 

 

Here are the required and preferred:

-Education: High School Degree or Equivalent is required. Work experience: Two years of full-time experience in computer installation and maintenance required or one year of full-time technical work in a library setting. Experience in computer installation and maintenance required. -Strong work ethic and commitment in providing outstanding customer service. -Customer Service Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

-Holds an Associate’s Degree or higher degree in Computer Science or other technical field -Experience working with an IT Support System/Help Desk Ticketing System.
