The PAFO is located in State College and has about 16 employees. The office is responsible for a variety of Ecological Services program activities that include endangered species, habitat conservation and restoration, Conservation Planning Assistance, NRDAR, HCPs and Partners for Fish and Wildlife. This position provides leadership and management oversight to the office’s budget, personnel, strategic planning, general administration, and integrity of all PAFO activities. The Project Leader is the lead representative for Ecological Services matters in Pennsylvania and works to develop and maintain strong partnerships with a variety of diverse interest groups to further the Service’s conservation mission.
