Subject: HR Roadshow Coming to a Location Near You
The UT Knoxville Human Resources team is setting up in locations across campus in January to help faculty and staff stay on top of important decisions for their careers and
lives.
During the HR Roadshow, employees can stop by to meet with an HR representative for a standard annual checkup that includes updating beneficiary information across benefit
packages, reviewing retirement savings options, discussing educational assistance, updating personal information and leave balances, and connecting with counseling services.
As the media liaison for HR, I would really appreciate you sharing this news with faculty and staff in your unit and encouraging them to take advantage of this opportunity.
The checkup doesn't take long and provides a lot of information about how HR can help employees during their careers at UT.

All sessions will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Employees are welcome to attend at any location.
