The Board of Trustees of Mciver's Grant Public Library of Dyersburg, Tennessee seeks an energetic and innovative Library Director. The Director will oversee the operation of the library, represent the library to the public, and create excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications: Preferred but not required, a Master's Degree in Library Science from an ALA accredited institution; three years of progressively responsible library leadership; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; experience in fiscal planning and management; comprehensive knowledge of current library trends, technology, and sound practice for libraries.
