Pendergrass Library, serving UT's Institute of Agriculture, is currently looking for an Assistant Librarian. This position does require a Master's degree in library/information sciences, but I would encourage anyone who is graduating in December to apply, as well as any current students who already have their Master's degree or any graduates of the program.
