UT Confucius Institute will host a lecture on “Jewish and Chinese Lunar Calendars” in Hodges Library Auditorium starting at 6 PM tomorrow (September 7th, Thursday). The speakers are Prof. Jack Love
and Prof. Megan Bryson of UT Department of Religious Studies. A reception with Chinese food will start at 7:30 Pm after the lecture.
The lecture and the reception are FREE and open to the public. We look forward to seeing you and your friends at this event tomorrow. Additional information is provided below.

Prof. Jacob Love of UT Department of Religious Studies will present "A Blessing Upon Not Touching the Moon: Rabbinic
Musings on Space Travel” at 6:00 PM.
Prof. Megan Bryson of UT Department of Religious Studies will present "Count Your Lucky Stars: Fate and Fortune
in the Chinese Lunar Calendar" at 6:30 PM.
