Hello Fellow Communicators, The Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation officially kicks off its fall entrepreneurial competitions with Vol Court, beginning Sept. 27. The speaker series and pitch competition is open to all UT students, faculty and staff as well as members of the community. Please share Vol Court with your department as you see fit. Vol Court Speaker Series and Pitch Competition Kicks Off September 27 Bring your business ideas to Vol Court, a semiannual pitch competition and speaker series run by the Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The series begins Sept. 27, culminating in a pitch competition Nov.1. All meetings are held Wednesdays in Stokely Management Center, Room G4, 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. Winners receive up to $1,500 in cash, space in the UT Research Foundation Business Incubator, and legal and accounting services. The series and competition are open to the public. There is no charge to participate in the event, and anyone interested in entrepreneurship is invited to attend.
