HI there Thomas -
Hope you are doing well!  Jeff Young had high marks for you and your work
at our recent Middle Managers Conference.  It was obvious you are a rock
star!  Wish I could come to the Personnel Officers conference this year - I
hear you are hosting!

In your email, you stated "We provide training during New Agent Orientation
on all the major job responsibilities of our agents including Customer
Service.  I have provided Customer Service in-service training to District
Support Staff through one off trainings and at the Chi Epsilon Annual
Conference."

.....would you  be willing to share your training curriculum with me?
