Dear grads and undergrad students, Please see attached flyer for Geog 442 (Urban Space-Urban Society). This is a very useful course that touches upon numerous concepts, theories and empirical work concerning contemporary urban spaces and societal differences. In addition to usual lectures and writing assignments, this semester I am also introducing local field visits (paid from my grant money) that will help you understand and explore important social and economic topics pertaining to this course.
