Region I is recruiting for a WB III Research Biologist located in Douglas, AK. The job announcement was recently posted on Workplace Alaska and will be open until August 9.
This position serves as the species specialist and lead wildlife research biologist conducting research on large ungulate (moose, elk, deer) ecology and population dynamics with
an emphasis on Sitka black-tailed deer. Research will be focused on topics that identify and quantify factors that regulate ungulate populations in Southeast Alaska with a focus on Sitka black-tailed deer.
