Greetings geographers,

I hope you are having a fantastic summer. I am in the process of creating a website that explains to Tennessee residents their risk to tornadoes and what they should do to stay safe during severe weather. Would you like to help Tennesseans get this important information? If so, keep reading!

I have the space for one or two students to help work on the website. You can work for pay or for course credit under GEOG 494. Email me and we can discuss this further. Your main task will be to read through scientific literature on Tennessee tornadoes, summarize the findings, and post them on http://tornadosafety.utk.edu.

Experience with WordPress would be helpful (but can come later). A general interest in learning how to build webpages is a must.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Best,
Kelsey
