Subject: NASA DEVELOP National Program - Opportunity for Students & Recent Grads

Dear Mr. Camponovo,

My name is Kelly Meehan and I am the current Assistant Center Lead of the NASA DEVELOP National Program hosted at NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) in downtown Asheville, NC. I am reaching out today to see if you would be able to help us disseminate information about our program which we hope will be of interest to students at North Carolina State University.

The NASA DEVELOP National Program is part of NASA’s Applied Sciences Program. We host 10-week programs during the summer, fall, and spring. Participants work on a team and with experienced science advisors to address an environmental problem by utilizing NASA and NOAA satellite data.

I have attached here a flier and have also copied below some information for students who may be interested in this paid opportunity. Please feel free to contact either myself or the Center Lead, Alec Courtright (cc'd here), if we may be of assistance in answering any questions.

Thank you,

Kelly Meehan
