Job Summary | This position is responsible to the Resource Sharing and Acquisitions Librarian for managing day-to-day operations in the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) department to meet performance standards for service within budget and to collect, analyze, and report performance statistics. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, supervising and evaluating one full-time library staff member, two graduate assistants, and three student workers. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | Strong detail orientation Ability to search online catalogs, abstracting and indexing databases, Google Scholar, WorldCat Ability to prioritize work for efficient and timely processing Ability to work collaboratively to troubleshoot and solve problems Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and handle multiple tasks and priorities Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people and levels of technical literacy Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional software Knowledge of ILLiad interlibrary loan software Knowledge of current U.S. copyright law and guidelines. |

Required Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university Minimum of one years’ experience or two years GA experience working in an academic or public library with an integrated library system (ILS), Alma preferred. Minimum of one year working in interlibrary loan or access services |
