Dear Geographers:

The Confucius Institute at UT will sponsor a two-week summer program at Southeast University in Nanjing, China this summer (June 10-24, 2017). This summer program will consist of classes of Chinese language and culture, plus educational tours of places in and around Nanjing and possibly a bus tour from Nanjing to Shanghai. The Confucius Institute will apply for a grant to cover program fees, lodging, meals and local transportation expenses during this official two-week program. Students who are selected to participate in this summer program will be responsible for their international airfares, visa application fee, and personal expenditures. This summer camp will accept up to 20 students. Please see the attached flyer for application information.
