Dear Geographers,
Attached please find the final schedule for Dr. Kendra McLauchlan's visit to UT.
I appreciate very much the help many of you have offered in picking and arranging refreshments for Friday (Tennessee Women in Geography and graduate students), picking her up at her hotel (Liem), hosting her for meals (Kelsey, Erik, Henri, Nicholas), giving
her a tour of the building (Henri), walking her to the library for her talk (Yingjie), and telling her about GIS outreach at UT (Michael). Thank you.
Remember that her talk Thursday is in the Library Auditorium. There is no reception ahead of time for this talk. However, we will have some lovely refreshments for her Friday talk, which is our Lillian Stimson event.

Hi Jen, Hi Kimberly,
Just as I was starting to send out the final schedule for Kendra's visit -- with her new earlier departure time on Friday -- I learned she is on an earlier flight to Knoxville! So one more change, but it's in the schedule attached.
Jen, we might be able to split the time with you having a bit more time with Kendra Friday afternoon -- maybe with Kendra coming to my lab at 2:15 not 2:00, but this depends on the schedules of my students who were planning to meet her in the lab, and with
what happens this afternoon. I will let you know.
In any case, see you at 6:00 at Echo Bistro!
