University School of Nashville (USN) seeks a part-time Assistant to the Lower School Librarian. This position will collaborate with the Lower School Librarian to manage circulation and assist students with book selection, develop information literacy projects, create and maintain book and theme displays, and assist with collection maintenance and development. The hours are Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. The starting hourly rate for this position is $13.00.
Qualifications
- College degree
- Experience working with school-aged children; prior teaching and responsive classroom experience preferred
- Passion for working with young children and adolescents
- Proficiency with technology
