Good morning Gamma Beta Phi Members!

I hope your semester is going great! You will find below a couple of announcements for our upcoming meeting which will be  Sept. 19^th  at 5pm in HSS 205. At this meeting , we will be collecting our annual dues ($15) in forms of cash, checks or by PayPal. Also we are accepting donations  to help out with our GBP headquarters relief effort for the victims of the resent hurricanes. Items are listed below that we will be collecting!! Theses donations will count for some of your required points for this semester. You will be able to receive up to 5 points, however you are welcome to donate more if you wish to do so.

1. Soap (0.5 points)

2. Shampoo (0.5 points)

3. Lotion (0.5 points)

4. Washcloths (1 points)

5. Toothbrushes/Toothpaste (0.5 points)

6. Combs (0.5 points)

7. Feminine Products (1 points)

8. Hand Sanitizer (0.5 points)

9. Undergarments (of all sizes) (1points)

There will be opportunities to earn points through donations throughout the semester. As a reminder, nine points are required each semester below is how you earn points:

Ø One point for attending the general body meeting

Ø One point per hour you volunteer with GBP

Ø One point for joining a committee 

Ø One point per hour for outside volunteer hours (please provided supervisor contact email)

Ø At least two of your nine points must come from general body attendance
