Linebaugh Public Library System (LPLS) seeks a full-time Library Manager to lead the Community Technology Center (CTC). This is a mid/upper-level management position overseeing an all-digital library and will partner with the director during the construction phase (est. completion is Fall 2017). Duties include, but are not limited to: responsible for daily operation of the CTC; assists in selecting, training, and supervising personnel at the CTC; supervises maintenance of building and grounds; assists in selection and management of system-wide online databases; prepares and submits various statistical reports to LPLS Board and Stones River Regional Library; assists in developing operating budget; assesses community needs to determine library service responses; plans, organizes and regularly evaluates a program of services that supports the mission of the technology center and LPLS; develops, coordinates, schedules and supervises the delivery of program and services by or provided directly by the CTC; maintains a network of resource business assistance organizations, business professionals, and economic development agencies in support of the CTC's client needs; prepares and implements grants; and plans, conducts, teaches, trains and/or attends various departmental meetings. This position is classified as Exempt for the purpose of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Master of Library and Information Science (or equivalent) degree, and at least five years of progressively responsible library management experience required; or, any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.

Salary: $47,500 per year, plus extensive benefits package.
