I think this would be a good one for the ICTWS list.

Note the upcoming closing date of Oct. 3.

Hi Al,

Can you re-post this again?  I haven’t been able to reach all the applicants yet and had a couple withdraw for grad school so I’d like to extend it another week.

These should be some fun positions for someone wanting to learn or refine trapping techniques, see a lot of waterfowl and their habitats, and depending on where they’re coming from, escape “winter” as a lot of people know it.  There are a lot of great outdoor options within 30 minutes of where they’ll be based (i.e., duck hunting, surf, inshore, and freshwater fishing, shrimping, crabbing, birding, etc.).  There will also be opportunities to participate in other research activities on snow geese, scaup, black-bellies, and blue-wings.

Thanks,

Paul
